At our à la carte restaurant Die Post – established in 1728 – we bring this Alpine bounty to the table. Head Chef Anna Pirpamer transforms local and seasonal ingredients – many sourced from our family-owned Weinleinshof Farm – into dishes brimming with character and finesse. Prepared with care, they reveal their original, unadulterated flavours.
Culinary bliss begins first thing in the morning, with homemade delicacies and regional specialities that fortify you for your next mountain adventure. It’s a relaxed and nourishing start to a day full of unforgettable moments and impressions.
