Once you’ve reached the top, an abundance of options is open to you. 15 kilometres of moderately difficult slopes await you. They’re ideal for beginners and families, but of course, there’s plenty for seasoned skiers, too. If you’d like to improve your technique on your ski holiday in Vent, the instructors at the local ski school will be happy to help. But the best thing about Vent ski area is how close it is to our hotel: You can ski right up to the hotel door!

Our hotel on the slopes is just a 20-minute drive away from world-famous Sölden ski area, where the legendary ski world cup is held. The ski area extends all the way to the glacier at 3,340 metres above sea level and boasts an astounding 146 kilometres of slopes, with the longest run measuring 15 kilometres. 33 lifts transport you from the valley up the mountain in a flash. Obergurgl/Hochgurgl ski resort is also just a 20-minute drive away from Natur- & Alpinhotel Post. Its 110 kilometres of slopes make it a real highlight during your ski holiday in Vent. What makes it so special: It’s a non-glacier ski area but is the first to open for the season in mid-November! By the way, there are several valley stations directly in Hochgurgl village, and a total of 24 lifts transport you up to panoramic heights.
