Here, each day of your holiday starts with a rich breakfast buffet including fresh bread, cheeses, and meats from the Ötztal valley. In the evenings, we serve you a delicious 5-course menu with fresh salad from the buffet, and every Sunday we invite you to enjoy a delicious gala dinner. Upon request, we also have a few vegetarian options available.
Wine enjoys a long tradition at our gourmet restaurant in the Ötztal valley. A former wine farm, this has been the place for serving and tasting wine since the 18th century. Host Gerhard continues this tradition today, introducing you to his passion as sommelier and accomplished wine connoisseur. Hotel Post has been a member of the Tyrolean sommelier association ever since 2010.
Regionality is very important at our gourmet restaurant in the Ötztal valley. We almost exclusively use local products, such as beef, game and lamb from our family farm. Since autumn 2013, we are a member of “Bewusst Tirol”; together with other members we aim to support the Tyrolean economy, agriculture and tourism.
