Being a host is definitely our passion. For many generations, our family has been running the business, which was first mentioned almost 400 years ago as the “Würthstaferne”. As a wine farm (or “Weinhof”), it was mentioned in documentation as early as 1337 and is therefore one of the four oldest farms in Vent.  What a long time ago! Our hotel in Ötztal can look back on a history of almost 800 years and in the last few decades, we have been privileged enough to play a crucial role in its development. Since the reconstruction after a devastating fire in 1951, several renovations have taken place. They have shaped our hotel into a wellness oasis that our guests truly appreciate today. Even during the 19th century, travel accounts raved about the “Gasthaus in Fend”! These days in the 21st century, we spoil you with every comfort as a 4-star hotel and aim at giving you an unforgettable timeout. We continue to write history … why not be a part of it?
