The base for an efficient detox is a light diet and gentle exercise; an occasional visit to the sauna can also help and activate your body’s self-healing powers. During a detox, make sure you have a wholesome and agreeable diet, which provides your body with all the nutrients it needs. Supplement your diet with plenty of clear water or unsweetened herbal teas. Regular gentle exercise like walking, swimming, or yoga can fundamentally support the cure, promoting the draining of toxins.
A visit to the sauna has also shown positive effects on the draining of toxins. When visiting the sauna during your detox, make sure you’re mindful of your circulation. We recommend that you don’t visit the hot Finnish sauna. Instead, visit the milder stone pine sauna or the Turkish steam bath.
