We take our role as a responsible host very seriously and use the “SAFE SERVICE” learning app as a modern training tool for our staff. Our establishment has successfully completed the digital training on safety topics such as protective measures, safety distance rules, and hygiene, or contactless customer experience. New regulations, such as entry tests, guest registration, and prevention policies are also part of the training. In case of significant changes, the app has the ability to inform directly via mobile phone push message.
In this way, we live by SAFE SERVICE® internally and always know what precautionary and safety measures need to be implemented for our guests. We also consciously present SAFE SERVICE® to the public and make it clear that we are a SAFE SERVICE® business. By doing so, we do our part in making the region known as a safe holiday destination.

What does Natur- & Alpinhotel Post do in the event of an infection at the hotel?
In the event of a suspected case of Covid-19 at the hotel, we have put together a detailed action plan with our general practitioner and the authorities to implement the right measures immediately. Please let us know if you feel unwell or ill. Our reception team is well-trained and will help you with the upmost professionality.
- The sick person must stay in the room together with family members.
- We contact our general practitioner immediately.
- If there is a suspected case, the doctor will inform the health authorities.
- The room will thereafter be professionally disinfected
